destination as we think this is the fairest way for you to purchase your items.
We offer a wide choice of different shipping methods, when you reach the
checkout you will be able to select the best method of shipping based on our
current needs (UK ONLY). All orders are shipped using Royal Mail as we have
always found them to be highly efficient and reliable. We aim to dispatch all orders
received before 12noon GMT the same day. Should you have missed the 12 noon
deadline but you need something urgently then please contact us and we will do
our best to help. Below are some of the shipping options you may able to choose
from based on UK working days being Monday - Friday. 1st Class Delivery - First Class mail is our cost-effective solution to
delivery the next working day. Allow 1-2 working days for delivery and please
note this service is not guaranteed to be next day. For a guaranteed next day
solution please use Special Delivery only!
2nd Class Delivery - Second Class mail offers excellent value for money. Royal
Mail aim to deliver your mail within three working days of your sending it,
however please allow up to five working days.
Standard Parcels - Save money on mailing heavy,
non-urgent items across the UK, not available to the Channel Islands
(including Alderney and Herm). This service will take between three to five
working days, if a faster solution please try 1st Class Delivery or Special
Delivery!
Recorded Sign for - Royal Mail aim to deliver your First Class Recorded item the next working day (please allow 1-2 working days), or within three days (please allow 3-5 working days) if you use Second Class. These quotes are for UK mainland customers and may exclude some areas such is Highlands, Channel Islands etc
Special
Delivery - Take advantage of
Special Delivery Next Day for guaranteed delivery of your urgent items before
1.00pm the next working day to 99% of the UK.
Special Delivery Guaranteed Saturday - Mail an item on a Friday and we can guarantee next day
delivery even though is a Saturday. Items sent to the following business types
are excluded from the Saturday Guarantee: Banks, Building Societies, Travel
Agents, Jewellers and Post Office Branches.
International
Signed For - International
Signed For is cost-effective and secure for overseas customers. Western Europe
within five working days, Eastern Europe within six working days, Rest of the
World within seven working days.
All the delivery
times given above are quotes, therefore we can not be held responsible late
deliveries made by our chosen carrier. However, we will always do our up most to
resolve any issues with late or slow deliveries and we are fully committed to
providing a first rate service to all. Therefore, we would like to know of any
problems, no matter how small so we can ensure we maintain high standards at all
times.
If you not 100% satisfied with your order, simply report your items within 30 days of purchase and then return them for a full refund!
