We dispatch all parcels based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination and we offer a wide choice of different shipping methods. When you reach the checkout you will be able to select the best method of shipping based on your current needs or you can get a Shipping Estimate by adding your items to cart, veiwing cart and then selecting 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes'. We offer postage options from Royal Mail and aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm GMT / BST the same day (Monday to Friday). Should you have missed the 2pm deadline but you need something urgently then please contact us and we will do our best to help. Below are some of the shipping options you can to choose from.
FREE UK SHIPPING - We are now offering Free UK Shipping for all orders over £30.00. This is a budget service and therefore shouldn't be used by customers who need items fast. Please allow up to 10 working day for this service.
1st Class Delivery - First Class mail is a cost-effective solution for when you need you order fast. Allow 1-3 working days for delivery and please note this service is NOT guaranteed to be next day. For a guaranteed next day solution please use Special Delivery only! Your order may take longer than the delivery aim.
2nd Class Delivery - Second Class mail offers excellent value for money. Royal Mail aim to deliver your mail within three working days of your sending it, however please allow up to five working days. Your order may take longer than the delivery aim.
Recorded Sign for - Royal Mail aim to deliver your First Class Recorded item the next working day (please allow 1-2 working days), or within three days (please allow 3-5 working days) if you use Second Class. These quotes are for UK mainland customers and may exclude some areas such is Highlands, Channel Islands etc *PLEASE NOTE: You must be in to Sign For this service*
Special Delivery - Take advantage of Special Delivery for Next Day guaranteed delivery of your urgent items before 1.00pm the next working day to 99% of the UK. Must be ordered before 2pm for same day dispatch. This option should be used for orders needing to be delivered Monday - Friday. *PLEASE NOTE: You must be in to Sign For this service*
Special Delivery Guaranteed Saturday - Mail an item on a Friday and we can guarantee next day delivery even though is a Saturday. Items sent to the following business types are excluded from the Saturday Guarantee: Banks, Building Societies, Travel Agents, Jewellers and Post Office Branches. Please only use this service between 2pm Thursday and 2pm Friday for delivery on Saturday. Any orders place after 2pm Friday have missed the postal deadline. *PLEASE NOTE: You must be in to Sign For this service*
International Airmail - Budget service! This service is NOT INSURED and shipped at the customer own risk. NO tracking is offered. For orders under £20 in value only! Western Europe within five working days, Eastern Europe within six working days, Rest of the World within seven working days. This service is not offered to all Countries. For a tracked and insured service please use the sign for option. We will obtain proof of postage once your parcel is shipped. We can't compensate for loss or damage and we will be unable to track or trace your order on your behalf. This is shipped at you own risk.
International Signed For - International Signed For is cost-effective and secure for overseas customers. Western Europe within five working days, Eastern Europe within six working days, Rest of the World within seven working days. Royal Mail have now changed this option and are now offering Tracked and Signed, Tracked or Sign for options. All are INSURED up to £200 against loss and damaged but the service used and the level of tracking will vary from country to country, please see here for MORE DETAILS
