We have made every effort to ensure that every product we sell is of the high possible quality. We also promise to describe each item as accurately as possible and represent them with product pictures that represent each item.
Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase then simply return your items to us for a full refund.
All faulty goods will be replaced, repaired or refunded.
However,
you should follow our returns policy below:
- All items should be
reported within 30 days of purchase.
- Once you report your
item to us (see below for return contact details), explaining why the item is
being returned you will be sent confirmation for your return. The confirmation
will include the name of item being returned and the address you will need for
your returns. DO NOT SEND ITEMS TO US BEFORE THIS CONFIRMATION.
- You will need to
include with the goods being returned, your full name and address and any
further information we may ask you to provide in the returns confirmation.
- Buyer pays full
postage costs, unless we state otherwise in your returns confirmation.
- All returns must be
received by Stinky Fish Clothing within 14 days of returns confirmation.
- All items must be
returned in the same condition as delivered i.e. unworn, undamaged (including
packaging) no marks etc. Excludes goods damaged in transit and faulty
items.
- All refunds will be
issued to the same account that was used to purchase goods.
- We advise all
customer to return items to us using a recorded sign for service as we accept no
responsibility for any goods lost in transit.
PLEASE
NOTE: For strict hygiene reasons all body jewellery and cosmetics are non
returnable. Hosiery products may be returned provided the products have not been
worn. Therefore you should remove the items carefully from the packaging and
inspect them but do not try them on. Please read our disclaimers
