Royal Mail Strikes
As we are sure you are aware, Royal Mail's postal strikes are ongoing. You can keep up with the relevant information here: Royal Mail Strikes
On these strike days, we may choose to ship your order with another courier and we will try to closely match your shipping option to the nearest Royal Mail equivalent service.
- We ship orders on weekdays only (Monday to Friday) and the cut-off for same-day dispatch is 4 pm GMT.
- We DON'T ship orders at the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), on Bank Holidays or on Public Holidays.
- Delivery aims are NOT guaranteed.
- Overseas customers are responsible for any duties or taxes which maybe be levied by Customs and Excise.
- 1st & 2nd class services are only insured for up to £20, we recommend using a recorded service for orders above this value.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are based on target aims, are not guaranteed, and can take longer. We cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or damaged items. You must allow 15 working days before reporting an item as lost.
