Returns Policy

At Stinky Fish Clothing, we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • Items are unused, unworn and unopened.

  • All original tags are still attached.

  • Items are returned in their original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items, such as underwear, socks, and cosmetics, cannot be returned once dispatched.

How to Return an Item

Please get in contact via our contact us form. Let us know your:

  1. Order reference number
  2. Name and address
  3. The reason for your return
  4. Once your return is approved, securely package your item and send it back using your preferred postal service within 14days of approval.

Proof of Postage

Please keep proof of postage or a tracking number for your return. This helps us locate your parcel if any delivery issues arise.

We will process all refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow 7 working days for the banks to process this.
